Read moreYear 3, Needed for art beginning the week of the 26th April, you will need an OLD, WHITE T.SHIRT for printing and drawing on, this is for our Textiles topic. An old school t-shirt is perfect or an old white T-shirt of Mum’s, Dad’s or big brother or sister. We will be printing on them with dye and using Fabric pens. I have placed a box in the year three classroom for collection of the shirts, please name these on the label in the neck space. Thank you for your continued support. Mrs Curtis

Week 6
We made it! Another term, done and dusted, our reward, a week of Easter celebrations with our loved ones. It has been a strange term, as usually we have all the wonderful class assemblies that take us through the Easter story and a huge Easter egg raffle to end the term, we have been so good, in our class bubbles and had our own celebrations, but hopefully next year we can come back together as a whole school family.

Art News… Lockdown… Week 4
Another week of successful Remote and School learning here at Our Ladys. Everyone is now settling into a routine and feeling more settled. It is lovely receiving emails containing your artwork and messages, they really do make me smile and I hope you like my responses. All the Art activities are things you should be able to do with very little equipment and should take between 30 minutes and an hour to complete.

Art Shirts Needed
Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, & Y6
All classes will require an old named t.shirt this half term. This should be big enough to cover school uniform, an adult tshirt is perfect. These will be kept in class trays and brought to Art each week.
Normally we would use the Create room shirt but due to civid restrictions, each child will need their own.
Thank you in advanced.
Wow! We made it to the end of term and what a term it has been. This week has been so much fun as we have come together as a school family but still safely in our class bubbles. The whole school online nativity is beautiful and the nursery nativity is adorable, if you have not seen it yet, head over to the discover page and the nursery page for a real treat. Thursday saw all classes having their special Christmas parties and of course a tasty Christmas lunch, prepared by our cook Jacqui and her team. It’s been a different celebration this year but one we won’t forget and one that brought us all closer together.
