'Sunshine is most certainly the best medicine.'

What a glorious week to be at home completing home learning. In extraordinary circumstances, the weather is certainly providing us with lots of hope and a smile. Thank you all so much for engaging as much as you have with learning - I have loved receiving photographs of you all working and playing and one or two videos! Parents, you are just wonderful. Thank you so much for your support and for keeping everything as ‘normal’ as possible at home, you are working wonders and I can tell from the photos that the children are happy and settled.

Have a look at how our class have been learning below…please send me some photos of what you have been getting up to.

Next week will follow a similar pattern. I am trying to publish the learning for the day the night before so that you can get chance to see and organise it if needed. I am going to still be setting work on maths and english, and then integrating science, geography and RE into it. Don’t forget about physical development and yoga, there are weekly challenges on the sports page of our website.

Can you beat Ethan? I know how competitive you are…watch this video and send me your videos with your best effort.

I thought it would be lovely to finish on a prayer that I received this week from Ethan and Hiruni. This is all about faith.

Jesus O Jesus, help me to always have faith in myself

Help me to always stay positive with everything happening in this world

Help me to help all the people in need or who are troubled having faith in themselves

Amen
