On Monday, the eco- council jumped at the chance to assist in the Sand Dune Conservation Project. We were blessed with lovely weather, which aided us in our efforts to help protect our lovely shoreline. The year 5 eco warriors were so pro active and worked so hard planting grasses along a strip of the dunes. The children were full of such knowledge and enthusiasm for the task in hand. We are so excited to see what they will achieve this year!

The crucial work they have carried out, will make a huge difference to the dunes. Mrs Hotchkiss and I, have been working on this project for a few years now and we can see all the previous eco councils work come into fruition. Their hard work has ensured that we can enjoy the dunes for years to come.
